Technical Support
If you are having technical difficulties, please take a look at our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page. In most cases, you'll find the solution to your problem waiting for you here. If after reading the FAQ you still need assistance, please send us an email. One of our expert technical support staff will be happy to work with you to resolve your problem.

Billing or Renewal
If you have questions about a charge on your credit card statement, would like to renew your account, have received an email message stating that your account is past due, or have any other questions about your account status, send us an email at billing@emailcommand.com describing your situation, and we will be happy to assist you.

For Assistance with Renewing Your Email Services
Your email services will automatically be renewed for an additional 12 month period at the anniversary of your original service start date. We use the same credit card information you provided when you initially purchased your account. In order to ensure there are no interruptions of service, please let us know prior to your 12-month expiration if any of the following information has changed:
Credit Card Number
Credit Card Expiration Date
Billing Address
Billing Email Address
Billing Phone Number
Please send changes in the above information to
renewals@emailcommand.com.
