Secure WebMail Access
Email Command customers can access their email any time through any Web browser. At work, while traveling, when deployed, and even for every day use we provide SSL encrypted connections to our servers to provide additional privacy and security for all of our customers.

Secure POP3 & IMAP4 Email Access
POP3 & IMAP4 provide access to email through popular desktop email software such as Microsoft Outlook, Netscape Mail, and Eudora. SSL encrypted connections provide additional privacy and security when connecting to our servers to access your email.

Secure Outbound SMTP
Outbound SMTP provides the ability to send email through popular desktop email software such as Microsoft Outlook, Netscape Mail, and Eudora. SSL encrypted connections means your privacy is ensured between your computer and our outbound servers when sending email.

Mobile Device Access with WAP
Access your email account while away from home or out of the office using your WAP (Wireless Access Protocol) enabled cell phone, PDA, or other device. This feature is only available with our ProMail service package.

Dual Scanning Virus Protection
Each inbound and outbound email is scanned using a unique three-stage, dual virus scanning process. This protects our customers from sending and receiving computer viruses even within file attachments.

Spam Filtering
Email is filtered using advanced Spam recognition and filtering technology, which utilizes over 40 constantly evolving tests that are performed on every email that enters our system. The results of these tests are combined using a methodical weighting system to obtain maximum accuracy for identifying Spam.

Spam filtering Safe List
Each email customer can build a safe list for their account in order to make sure that the Spam Filters never incorrectly identify an email as Spam. Messages from email addresses on safe lists are always delivered.

Spam filtering Exclusive List
Each email customer can set their mailbox to only receive email from those within their address book if they so choose. The Exclusive List feature is for customers that want absolutely no emails from third parties outside of their address book.

SMTP Authentication, Clean Mail Servers
Email Command requires SMTP authentication and maintains a strict "anti-spam" policy. This ensures that our outgoing mail servers are not blacklisted and that customers can send email without their messages ending up in Spam folders across the Web.

Large Mailboxes with Upgradeable Storage
Our WebMail service package starts at 100MB per email box and our ProMail package comes with 1,000MB of storage. For those with heavy demands for storage we can provide additional storage upgrades as you require.

Large File Attachments
Our customers are able to receive email attachment sizes equal to their current storage space availability. Customers are able to send email attachment sizes equal to their total storage capacity. And for our MailForward customers there are no size limitations on email messages that are sent on to your destination email account.

24 X 7 System Monitoring
Our email servers are monitored 24 hours a day. Both automated tools and human testing procedures are a part or our monitoring and maintenance program.

MailForwarding
Configure your account to forward your email to any other valid email address and choose to keep copies in your Email Command inbox or have them deleted automatically.

Mail Filters
Create and manage filters to direct incoming email messages to special folders or even have certain email messages automatically deleted. Filters can be enabled to automatically process your incoming email or you can choose to manually apply filters when you feel the need.

Personal Address Book
Store and organize individual and group records in your WebMail address book. Import or export contact information in Microsoft Outlook 97/98/2000, Netscape Mail, or Yahoo Mail format. Our integrated address book saves you time and is always available when you access your WebMail account from anywhere in the world.

External POP3 Mail Collection
Using our WebMail application our customers can collect email from up to 3 external email accounts that use POP3 access. This means with our email services you only need to access one account in order to get your email from work or other accounts.

Vacation Responder
Set an automatic response email to incoming messages anytime you need to let people know you are unavailable or may not be able to respond immediately to their email.
